• Initial Intake Session (50 – 60 minutes)
  $180
• Ongoing Therapy Sessions (45–55 minutes)
  $150
• Extended Sessions (75–90 minutes, when clinically appropriate)
  $210

 We currently offer private pay (self-pay). Insurance options coming soon. 

 Many clients choose to pay directly for services.

Benefits of private pay include:

• Greater privacy (no diagnosis required for insurance)
• More flexibility in treatment approach and session frequency
• No restrictions from insurance companies
• Faster access to care (no approval delays)

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards. 

We are currently out-of-network with insurance plans; however, we can provide an itemized receipt for insurance reimbursement (sometimes referred to as a “superbill”) upon request. This documentation may be submitted to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network benefits 

What this means for you:

• You pay the session fee upfront
• You submit the superbill to your insurance company
• Your insurance may reimburse a portion of the cost (depending on your plan)

We recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking about:

• Out-of-network mental health benefits
• Reimbursement rates
• Deductibles

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. This estimate will be provided upon request or before your first appointment.

 We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
• Missed appointments (no-shows)

Will be charged an $85 fee.

This policy helps ensure appointment availability for all clients and respects the time reserved for your care.

Therapy services are separate from legal, court, and administrative matters. Requests for records, letters, forms, treatment summaries, or other documentation may require additional time and may incur fees.

Please note that participation in legal matters, including court appearances, legal proceedings, attorney communication, or written reports, is at the clinician’s discretion and is not guaranteed. Monarch Therapy and Wellness provides therapeutic services only and does not conduct custody evaluations, parental fitness evaluations, or court-related/forensic assessments.

Additional fees may apply for court-related services, documentation, record preparation, and administrative requests. Court-related services, if approved, are billed at an elevated professional rate and may require advance payment. Please contact the practice for current fees and availability.
