Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, especially for families. To ensure we can provide consistent access to care for all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.


Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be subject to an $85.00 fee. This fee is not typically covered by insurance and is the responsibility of the client or legal guardian.


For children and teens, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for managing scheduling and ensuring timely communication regarding any appointment changes.


Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a review of scheduling eligibility to ensure we can best serve all clients in need of care.


We appreciate your understanding and partnership in maintaining consistent therapeutic support and continuity of care.
